We are LDS so we get inspired by the scriptures a lot and we thought that we would share with you, scriptures that inspired us and hopefully you, to be better people and these gave us reminders of things we always need to remember but forget sometimes. You don't have to be LDS to be inspired by these scriptures. We are not only sharing scriptures but quotes that we found that are also really inspiring.
Scriptures
Proverbs 1:5
A wise man will hear, and will make increased learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels.
Proverbs 4:7
Wisdom is the principle thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.
John 8:32
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
2 Nephi 9:29
But to be learned is good if they hearken unto the counsels of God.
D&C 88:118
And as all have not faith, seek ye out of the best books words if wisdom; seek learning, even by study and also by faith.
D&C 90:15

Quotes
I know that sometimes we get sick of school and hate it, but the education is important for you and will help you educate your (future) spouse and kids, even your friends. I also know that you think you won't use everything you learn in school which can be true but school isn't just for education on math and English and all of that, it teaches you about a lot more, just pay attention. If you don't use some things you learn in school in your future life, it still teaches you a lesson or benefits you in some way and it will prepare you for your life. Both of us are guilty of complaining and thinking negatively about school and I'm sure you have too, so that is why we wanted to share these quotes and scriptures, because we all need these friendly reminders.
