Breakfast is my favorite meal of the entire day and its the most important, so I thought we would share our favorite breakfast recipes that are healthy and are easy for anyone to make and that are of course quick to make because for school mornings we don't always have enough time to make a super fancy meal, that would be nice though!
1. Parfait
I love this one because I am more of a fruit person but you will need:
Yogurt
Any berries of your choice (I like strawberries and blueberries)
Granola
This is super simple and really aesthetically pleasing. All you have to do is layer yogurt, berries, and granola. It is super easy to just eat on the go, its perfect for the days you don't have time to really make something.
2. Over Easy Toast
This is another really simple one, all you need is:
Egg
Bread
First turn on the stove and use a frying pan to cook your egg over easy. Crack the egg into the pan and sprinkle salt and pepper on it. Turn it over and cook the other side. While you are making the egg toast your bread. Once they are ready put the egg on top of the toast and your done! its delicious!
3. Peanut Butter Chocolate Smoothie
This is so good and perfect for an on the go breakfast! You will need:
Carnation Breakfast Essential Packet (chocolate)
Peanut Butter
Ice
Milk
First put about a cup or two of ice in the blender then about two cups of milk. Pour in the whole Carnation Breakfast Essentials packet and 2 heaping spoonful's of peanut butter. Blend that all together and your done! Pour it into a to go cup and go!
4. Blueberry Banana Smoothie
If you are in more of a fruit smoothie mood, we got you covered! This is one of our favorite smoothies ever, you will need:
Blueberries (frozen or fresh)
1/2 Banana
Spinach (optional)
Ice
Milk
Yogurt
Again put the ice in first then pour in the milk. Through in the blueberries and 1/2 of a banana and if you would like you can add a handful of spinach. Add in about 1/2 cup to a cup of yogurt. Blend all of that and again you can pour it into a to-go cup and go!
5. Peanut Butter Banana Toast
This is exactly what it sounds like and pretty self explanatory but you will need:
Bread
Peanut Butter
1/2 Banana
While your bread is toasting cut up 1/2 of a banana. When you toast is ready spread on some peanut butter and put on the slices of banana and that's it!
6. Plain Muffins
This is one that I like to make the night before and it makes a lotI love plain muffins so if you do to than you will need:
All-purpose flour (about 2 cups) or pastry flour (2 1/4 cups), sifted
1/2 Cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 Cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
1/2 stick of butter (4 tbsp.)

7. Fruit Salad
This is so easy and if you love fruit just as much as I do than you will love this! You need:
Any fruit of your choice! I like to use:
Watermelon
Blueberries
Strawberries
Raspberries
I like to make this one the night before and put it in the fridge but you can also do this in the morning. Cut up your fruit and toss them in a bowl and that's it! Like I said, so easy!
8. Zucchini Bread:
This is a good snack too but also so easy to grab and go for breakfast. For this you will need:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
3 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tp. salt
2 cups of grated zucchini (or more!)

9. Smoothie Bowl:
I am obsessed with acai bowls and I also love smoothies so lets make a smoothie bowl! For this you will need:
Frozen Banana
frozen Berries
Milk
Blend the frozen fruit in the bender on low until it gets into small chunky pieces and then add in some milk and blend until its a thick smoothie consistency and then pour that into a bowl and top it of with some fresh fruit and if you would like, some chia seeds (they are very healthy, they contain lots of protein, fiber, omega three fatty acids and more!) you can also add shredded coconut or whatever you like!
10. Banana Sticks
If you like bananas this is perfect for you! All you need is:
Bananas
Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
Any topping you like
First cut your bananas into halves and spread peanut butter or almond butter on one side of your banana. out them on aa plate with aluminum foil on it and and sprinkle whatever topping you like, for example you can add granola or chia seeds, whatever you want! You can eat them as is or you can put them in the freezer to have for later!
